My Favourite Breakfast

I LOVE breakfast and I LOVE it even more if it is healthy!! My favourite currently is Overnight Oats. They are healthy, full of fibre, insanely delicious and best of all versatile! I make a batch and simply pull it out for a quick breakfast. I can eat them hot or cold, you can take them on the go. I love that I can use one base and simple switch up how I top it for a completely different breakfast everyday. If you want to heat up your oats, add your fruit and toppings after you heat it. I usually double this recipe and store the extra in the fridge for a few days.


ENJOY!!


  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened plant based milk (almond and oat are my go to milks)

  • 1/2 scoop of unflavoured or vanilla vegan protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup fresh berries

  • top with almonds, unsweetened coconut, nuts of your choice, clean granola, seeds, goji berries, any other options you fancy.
